“One of the biggest issues I see is when a customer brings a dent in for repair after they have already tried to fix the dent at home. There are all kinds of video’s and magic tools if you shop online that promise to fix the dents in your vehicle. If you don’t have the experience, you can damage the metal so much that only traditional body shop methods (sanding, bondo, and paint) will fix the damage.”
